About

PLANTED | Chicago specializes in hyper-local growing for Chicago’s culinary industry through customized onsite edible gardens in conjunction with offering larger scale custom cultivation on ¼ acres in the Bronzeville neighborhood.  Onsite installations may be customized to meet a kitchen or bar’s seasonal menu objectives, a chef’s discerning palate, or to support a green/LEED certification initiative.  The ¼ acre plot offers additional value to existing customers, as well as opens opportunities to reach new clients that may not have sufficient space to grow on-site.

Utilizing all organic growing methods, PLANTED | Chicago is committed to growing the highest quality, most delicious, nutrient-dense, and visually stunning edibles under the sun.  With a keen eye for detail and razor-sharp focus on flavor and beauty, only the chefs that we serve rival our passion for whole foods.
